Emma's review on 'Made In Chelsea'

Made In Chelsea.
So I've herd that the program made in chelsea is spliting the nations hearts, so I am going to share my views on the matter! And as sad as it may seem, I love this program!
It's basically a program about the live's of the posh and rich in the heart of chelsea! It's a 'posh Only Way is Essex'.
If you havn't seen it before here is a brief sum up of there crazy lifestyle:
Caggie, she is an aspiring singer and has feelings for Spencer- but at this time he has a girlfriend!
Then there is my favourite! Ollie! He is so funny, like the other week he just goes 'Do I look like Jesus?' He's just come out the closet for being bi-sexual... We already knew that though! Hugo the laddies man who is friends with Spence, had a thing with Millie ( Caggies best friend and total flirt!)
But deep down he liked Rosie... But after him getting with Millie, it put off Rosie from anything happening. Rosie is bestfriends with Amber, who just basically owns a jewellery boutique! Cheska & Binky are Ollie's best friends and are the 'odd ones' because of there big hair and fake tan, that is sooo not chelsea! Then finally there is  Francis who owns an Dimond enterprise and is rocking the geek-chic look! And Fredik who is just a hot model!
Yeah so know you've got the low down. Take a few breaths! It's a lot to take in!
I shall know tell you my view.
I'm the type of person who likes shallow shows, I love the hills, the city etc, and this is like a posh english version! I love the way they act, I have a lot of respect for them... But if you can't get  along with posh people, then this really isn't for you!
But personally, I think it's great it's really catching, but takes a little while to get into, but once you have watched it then you'll be hocked just like me!
Here are some quotes and some funny videos! Enjoy!!
Good Old Francis:
LEGEND!:
Drama In the studio! ILOVEIT!
 Quotes:
'Charles Dickens wrote Winnie the Pooh. No, Pride and Prejudice. Dickens wrote Victorian books like Pride and Prejudice.'
"Totes, man, totes, of course"
"Do you want to party, or do you want to have sex?"
"I don't think a Heffalump is a real animal. Is it?"

If you think you'll like it it's on E4 every Monday at 10pm:-)

Rach's Box Set of the Week

Got some time this weekend? Looking for a nice TV show to get into? Well you have come to the right place; I’m here to give you my box set recommendations!!

Brothers & Sisters
This week I would have to go for Brothers & Sisters! I personally love this show!! If you’re like me, and you think there is nothing better than chilling out and getting into a bit of US drama, then this is the show for you. Brothers & Sisters, in my opinion is the perfect blend of serious drama and humour!
This superb show lets into you into the wonderful world of the walkers!  The walkers may not always get along, but they are a family that loves each other dearly, this is a family that is a joy to watch.
Brothers is sisters came to our screens in 2006, I personally think the first season of the show is fantastic; the show addresses some very delicate political issues beautifully – such as 9/11 and the War. We’re introduced to this amazingly dysfunctional family and you are automatically hooked. This splendid drama is set in state of California, and features five adult siblings and their family. The relationship between these family members is fantastic, heart warming and brilliantly entertaining.
The cast is excellent we have the amazing Emmy award winning Sally field playing Norah Walker – Norah walker is the mother and I would say leader of the walker Clan, she may frustrate you at times, but she has the kindest heart! Norah walker will doubtlessly remind of your own mother!! The other main roles are taken on my actors such as Rachel Griffiths, Ron Rifkin, Bathazar Getty, Matt Rhys and Patricia Wettig. Later on the series we even get to some the wonderful Rob Lowe.
I do really have to give extra praise the wonderful actor Dave Annabel, who plays the character of Justin. Justin is the youngest of the siblings – I feel that this character is the key to the show’s success.
I am not going to ignore the fact that some of the reviews have not been great for this series recently, but I have to disagree – I urge you to try this show out for yourself. Especially the first few seasons, it has been said to go slightly ‘down hill’ in the more recent episodes of the show, but I can’t see how anyone wouldn’t enjoy the fantastic series when it was at its best.
This brilliantly sophisticated drama is perfect if you want a bit of me time on Sunday afternoon. I believe that this show, at its heart is about family – you will find yourself completely empathising with this amazing family as they experience a range of twists and turns – this may not always be going right – but they always have each other. The relationship between these adult siblings is amazing to watch, you will find yourself laughing and crying with the walkers as your go with them on their journey. You will see the walkers at their best and worst, and I think you would be Crazy to not fall in love with the walkers.

Reviewer: Rachel Spence.
Star Rating: Four and a half to five, when at its best!

Emma Review of beastly.

Beastly.

The film beastly is set around a young teenage boy who relays on his looks to get through life, an evil witch casts a spell on him to make him ugly, and has a year to find someone to say ‘I love You’.

It’s a romantic story about getting prospective on life, how seeing things through different eyes can change your life for the better.

It's inspired by the classic 'Beauty and The Beast' and is a modern take on it.

The overall writing of the film is good, and I really enjoyed it. While watching it was making me think about whom I would want that to happen too! I though it was a real cute rom-com that people will watch and get a very good prospective on life. It wasn't a real WOW! Film but I would give 3.5/5 star rating, and Maybe a 1/5 for sadness(teary).

It also made me get out of the 'High School Musical' Vanessa Hudgens stereotype in this film; she impressed me more than I thought she would.

Would recommend to teenagers who love rom-coms.
Staring Vanessa Hudgens, Alex Pettyfer & Mary-Kate Olsen.
